Martín still has a cold so he is not coming for my therapy. And I decided to mylot and not do much all day.
I have some chicken broth and I can make a potato salad for lunch. I allways add a hard boiled egg to my potato salads so it will have protein. And it is so easy to do. When I go to the kitchen I´ll just put a couple of potatoes to boil with a egg and that´s all. I have homemade mayo and dill pickes to add.
I also have avocados for breakfast. I´ll have to go for my breakfast soon. I´m quite hungry.

I just had breakfast. And was very happy when I found the hummus I had made. I ate a wonderful brioche bread with lots of hummus. I had never had a better one.

Hope you enjoy your relaxing day. Potato salad is one of my favorites especially when it's homemade.
We have a dismal, rainy day here today and it just makes me feel blah.

We are looking forward to chicken quesadillas for dinner. All the ingredients we all enjoy. Quacamole, sourcream, cheese, chicken, corn tortillas, Very good.
Today I am finishing up on here and then I will go help my grandson.

I had breakfast after I took my morning meds around 5:30 am. I'm starting to get hungry, though. I still need to package up the ground beef and ground pork we bought Saturday and freeze the packages. I may keep one package down and make some pasta with it later for my lunch. I need to put a package of sliced lunch meat for sandwiches down out of the freezer to thaw, too.
I hope you have a good lunch and Martin feels better soon. I know you miss visiting with him.
I'm going back to sleep as soon as I finish catching up on myLot.
