What's for dinner? March 24

What's going on the dinner table tonight? I want to know! I'm making lasagna bolognese rosettes from the Serious Eats web site. I've made them before and they are very tasty. I use a different bolognese recipe and I already had a container in the freezer which makes this process easier. I just have to make the tomato sauce and besciamella and then assemble/slice. That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? Share with us!

I think we'll be cooking on the 'pig' which is just a smallish barbecue that my BIL has. I must remember to take a photo of it.

My cold and cough persists and taking antihistmanes does not make for appetite but I try to tempt myself, I made some tater tots and a pork sausage patty topped with spaghetti sauce and Cheddar,
