It is a good save since a person who has special needs was saved from being hurt.

Sounds like some bad treatment of the non-verbal person went on there, and let's hope the Police get to the bottom of it. It was good that the lady was found, safe and well.

I know of some persons with special needs that can act in a mean manner sometimes.
