This is my first time to cook dried noodles. I actually searched on Google on how to cook it. It seems like it is the same process as spaghetti noodles but you only need 5 minutes. Then I stir fry it. Mostly came from the ref, leftover chicken, cabbage, red bell pepper, and green beans. It feels like the noodles is good for ramen as well as stir fry. But next time I will try it for yakisoba, a Japanese stir fry than Chinese stir fry. I want to add tofu too.
