It's horses fool. Then they have a nice dog, Its not spud but from the world class breed of Dalmatian. I love when they scan the horses to show who is telling them their orders. Its not the people. It has always been the dog.
Horses and dogs get along.
Its the neatest opening day ceremony in baseball.
The only part that that t is bad is the music. It works for the horses trotting around, but you need to change it when the legends of baseball come out. We love horses but you legends old now and they do not trot like that anymore.
I am always amazed how guys who played just 10 years ago are gray now. There is nothing like St.Louis's opening day ceremony.
I love watching it every year on TV . Its neat and worthy of respect.

I watched the parade in Cincinnati. Nothing like opening day with the two most legendary teams in baseball, the Reds and the Cardinals.

@FourWalls Amen, how is that one. I actually never seen that one. Shame on me. I am biased in St. Louis but in good ways, true Americans love everything our neighbors do. Makes everything fun and worthy.
Its a parade before the ball game? Sounds cool

@FourWalls Wow that sounds cool, and I do actually remind people of that. Cardinals Yankees Redsox,, they all some of the first but not the first. That should be a big holiday and one I would not let the others get away with either. Yankees, one of the most iconic franchises in sports. How about being the first baseball team ever. Reds should sell it more often. We do not live in a humble world anymore.

@crossbones27 — the Reds used to have the honor of the first game of the season because they’re the first professional team. It’s a major holiday in Cincinnati.
