There was something worth watching last night where the Celebrity Chefs worked on what is called Accordian Cut Potatoes. No doubt they wasted many potatoes - hope that waste was put to good use - but it was fun to watch how they managed to get that effect. One of the judges demonstrated it before the participants went for it. I picked a video from YouTube where you can see it in action Enjoy

Do you make them or buy them . They are deep fried after they get a coating of some spices.

I've made those when we had guests over for Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. They're a bit of a pain in the tush to make but well worth the effort. And everybody loves them! I just don't deep fry them. I bake them in the oven.

@DaddyEvil Deep frying is done in an open pan and not pressure cooked but baking is healthier

@allknowing I don't deep fry any foods. I got scalded when I was little from a pressure cooker explosion and never trust things like that. We buy anything that is deep fried.

Looks good. I think baking is much better than deep frying it

They are VERY good, and I have had these in a restaurant. But too much work to make them at home.
