What's going on the dinner table tonight? Do tell!
I didn't eat much today. It was Payday Friday so a club or team always puts out a breakfast spread. Nothing looked appealing except a slice of iced pound cake. I covered a gym class during my lunch so I was only able to eat a bit of my lunch before I started my 6th period class. By 4pm I was really hungry so I decided to make a spinach ricotta grilled cheese from Valerie Bertinelli's newest cookbook, Indulge. I already had the components in the fridge including the homemade bread. The only thing I did differently from the recipe was to add some red pepper flakes when sauteing the baby spinach with garlic. It was fast, easy, and totally hit the spot.

Black eyed peas based soup. Hubby made a gy-normous amount of beans the other day, got the water ratio wrong and ended up with rocks. I took a couple spoons of the beans and started over. Simple but nutritious. Freezer green beans and a bit of freezer cauli and some buillion. Couple of potstickers. Now that the beans are soft, it will eat.

I posted about having fried rice and chicken croquettes which don't exactly go together, but they were good.
How are your stomach issues these days?

We went to Red Lobster after the attorney. I had mozzarella sticks, hush puppies, bay scallops, clam strips, mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts, Cheddar Bay biscuits and a Chocolate Wave to take home. We both took food home. I have enough for at least another meal or two.
