Cramps

One needs to hydrate oneself to stay away from cramps. Last night I had them and I realised I had not had enough water in the day. Having cramps in the night is bothersome/ One other reason is that the body lacks Magnesium I have to look for a tissue remedy in homoeopathy which will be safe to take. I am not sure if there are magneisum supplements Have you heard of any?

Cramps can be really painful. When I get them, it takes every effort to stretch them out to stop the intense pain and tightening.
