Next up is a lemon poppy bread

I seem to be on a baking binge today. I've been up since 3am and have already made high-protein egg bagels and pretzel buns. Next up is Mark Bittman's Lemon Poppy Bread from his How To Bake Everything cookbook. I don't use it much because I'm very much a visual person and the book contains no pictures. Still what I've made from it has always been good.
Sooooo lemon poppy bread it is. I'll make a lemon glaze to top it with. I already have all of the ingredients on hand. I will likely have a slice and then bring it to the faculty room at work on Monday for my coworkers to have.
Who knows what I will get up to next?

I make lemon poppy seed muffins at times, the bread is similar? I love almost anything lemon flavored. All your goodies sound delicious!
