Five days now and George has been up and out the door enjoying the sun by 10:30 A.M. His most consistant bedtime has been between 2 and 3 Am. Unless we have to do something early, which only happened once. It works out well for me, because it means I'm getting more consistant sleep as well. More solid sleep. I feel better for it, too.
My sleep has always been all kinds of messed up because I'd be up most of the night. Or doze on the couch, get up do some morning stuff, then go back to bed for a couple hours. I would adverage 3 to 5 hours in this way. Now, going to bed when George does, is actually proving to benifit me. As I'll usually fall asleep a few minutes to an hour or so and stay that way until he stirs just before 10. He says I can just stay in bed, but I have to get up. He needs help with a few things in the morning because of the walker, but we're getting there. The fact he's getting up and walking around several times a day is an improvment in and of itself.
As the title suggests, we are living up to our name of the sunshine state.

Sounds like you are getting more rest. That's a good thing. The springy weather is energizing.
