I am Having Some New Awakenings

As many who read my posts now, I have been feeling rather weird for several days now. Just stagnant and unsure. I decided to do some reading on spirituality and have watched a few videos as well. It was well described as being as if the Phoenix were rising and I was coming up in the ashes. I know I need to do some mending and am reaching into my inner self. I've been meditating late in the night. Those hours are the most transformative for me and staying up late isn't uncommon to me. This time helps me to focus and I have time to myself. I am claiming some new energy and feeling some old Karma sluffing off. I am hoping to feel more balanced and I think I am slowly improving. I am about to unlock a new level in my life. It feels good. Do you do this from time to time? Take some time to re-evaluate your place in the world around you and see what you need to let go of and what you need to focus more on. It feels energizing, like after a spring shower. The picture is from vecteezy.com

You staying in your room all the time reminds me of the stint that I just went through in the hospital. That hospital has crucifixes on all the walls. I am not into tortured human statues but I found myself looking up and feeling peace. I had a lot of home conflicts on my mind. I'd lay there and look out the window or at the cross and feel peace even as my mind worried over stuff that I had no power to return to. May the Goddess keep you in Her care.

Sometimes removing yourself from a place can really give you peace. Thank you.

@celticeagle That hospital time was strange. I was waited on, hand and foot, my health checked by well meaning strangers. I put my life on hold- good for me I'm sure, to feel whether I deeply needed and wanted my home life. Wow when hubby showed up. We grabbed and held on!

I hope you find your inner peace. I'm not into meditating.

I'm so glad you are finding that good place from within . . . we all need that. I feel like my past couple years have been just that - in search of self peace. It has only been this year that I have finally found the light switch to my soul again. I hope that new energy keeps on charging for you .

Mediation at late hours of the night gives you emotional and mental calmness and peace. It takes away your anxiety, depression, and stress.
