The Truth is Out.

Last night, I received a message from my friend, who is living in a world of loans, full of debts. She told me that she had already told her husband her situation. Her husband told her he would help her. But it is good to know that her husband will help her. She did not give any details of how it happened and her husband's reaction. I hope that they can fix their situation soon.

A situation like this would end in our divorce. I would never stand for the dishonesty and the ruination of our fortunes and our future.

That is true in some cases. I still don't know what is their standing and if they are really on good terms

@rakski I wish them all the best, but I think if they are trying to work it out now, ultimately, they are only prolonging the inevitable. Their relationship is most likely doomed. And of course, making it less painful now MIGHT even make her more prone to do it again. If there's no real consequence, there's no reason to not chance doing it again. If I rob a bank and they slap 5 years in jail on me, I might reconsider ever robbing a bank again. If they only slap me on the hand and say don't do it again, there's a REALLY high chance I will rob another bank.

I have always been told to stay away from debt. Debt will only threaten us when we are in financial difficulty.

It is very disturbing when debts rise. That's the reason I haven't taken a credit card.

@rakski it makes you feel better to get it off your chest. Remember the saying “a problem shared is a problem halved”

I wish she had told her from the beginning. So much could have been avoided.

The only time we took a loan from the bank was when we were building our house but we had already planned to sell the existing house and repay which we did. Taking loans at the drop of a hat is a bad thing.

I'm so sad for her. I always avoid debts and loans. I always borrow what I can pay back.
