Working on a cookbook

After a suggestion from @lilacskies, I decided to type up my recipes. I have hundreds of recipes from magazines and online, but I have a small recipe book that my granddaughter gave me years ago. So, I'm going to type up those and just have them printed up. They're recipes that I know are good and that I've made. Most of those other recipes I'll never make in this lifetime, lol. I'm not going to publish them, just have copies for my family. After my favorite aunt died a few years ago, her sons had her recipes printed and I absolutely cherish my copy. It's funny though because she was an old timey country cook (she was the youngest of about fourteen kids), so she helped with the cooking when she was very young. But of course, she never wrote any of her recipes down, so the sons had to write it from memory. That's why one dish has three possible recipes! I'm enjoying working on this....I'll do a few at a time. Mainly we're working on my husband's book of sermons that he's getting made into a book. That's an endeavor, for sure, but it will be so wonderful to have it. Good night, y'all. Looking forward to church in the morning. Hope your day will be blessed.
