It is Mothers’ Day here in the UK and a day to celebrate the role that our mums have played in our lives. This morning I presented my mother with lots of cards and gifts. The cards were from me, my sister and my nephews. They all contained very positive messages, and lots of images of us all spending time together on the personalised cards from MoonPig. The presents were well received. I got her a new porcelain handwash for the bathroom and some chocolates. My sister has ordered some flowers to arrive today.
I hope however you choose to celebrate the day it is an enjoyable one. Are you going out for Sunday lunch? It is a popular thing to do but rather expensive these days.

I'm sure your mom loved all the personalized cards and will love the gifts. Happy celebrating!
Mother's Day in the US is in May.

@Danielclark691 I'm not sure when it is celebrated in the US. But in the Philippines, it is on every second Sunday of May

Our son in Ireland rang last night to wish me Happy Mother's Day. I know I'll get another phone call on the first Sunday in May which is Mother's Day in Australia.
