Charles checked out the book in March 1926. Charles was supposed the book at the end of the month.
Charles did not return the book since he passed away in 1927. Mary who found the book in her home made the decision the book that her late grandfather checked out the book back to the library around two weeks ago.

It is a really cool gesture to return an overdue book.

The book is probably an expensive collector’s item now!

I wonder how many other books that old would still be in the library now. Probably, this one will be the oldest, as libraries have a habit of culling books regularly over the years. The book might be a valuable one to collectors, now too.
