Trump's ICE wrongly deported a legal migrant to El Salvador and now they say there is nothing they can do

We've all seen Trump's obsession with and hatred for immigrants--both legal and illegal. He started with it on like Day 1 of his first term with the Muslim ban and he has been ranting, raving, and lying about so many of them (again both legal and illegal) for like 10 years now. He has demonized them as "rapists and murders" who were sent from jails and "insane asylums". (he doesn't understand the difference between insane asylums and political asylum) Abrego Garcia, a citizen of El Salvador, came to the US for political asylum the proper and legal way. After a hearing with an immigration judge he was deemed to be a member of the violent MS-13 gang (which he totally denied) but was granted asylum because there was a very likely chance that he would be targeted if he returned to his home country. He has a wife (US citizen) and child here. Well he was scooped up by ICE, arrested, and deported to that awful prison in El Salvador. Trump's White House is saying that it was due to a "clerical error" but that there was nothing they could do as he was in Salvadorian custody and is their legal citizen. Seriously? They effed up and wrongly deported someone who was here LEGALLY into a notoriously awful prison in El Salvador and their response is "oopsie"? That is disgusting and disgraceful and even more so because his wife and child are US citizens. But racism and cruelty are features not bugs with Trump and the MAGA crew. This is absolutely horrifying. Even Joe Rogan just said that. I rarely agree with Joe Rogan on ANYTHING but I do on this.
