A multitude of words is no proof of a prudent mind.
---------Thales of Miletus
April Fool's Day is very anticlimactic when Tiny D Trump is President of the US. It feels like the war is over and the Fools won. So, what's the point?
Be that as it may, there are plenty of stories in the news that feel like pranks. Here is one of the more unsettling ones: The Who singer Roger Daltrey says he is going deaf and blind: 'Fortunately I still have my voice,' ((Article Linked Below)).
Since once is never enough, here's another unsettling one: Sian Barbara Allen, actor known for 'The Waltons' and 'You'll Like My Mother,' dies at 78, ((Article Linked Below)).
It's not at all unsettling that a 78-year-old lady died. It's just a normal, expected part of life. The unsettling part comes into play if you remember watching "The Waltons."
She didn't play one of the Walton sisters, she played John Boy's girlfriend in 1973 but she was in that age group and how could she be dead already? It's weird and surreal.
Speaking of weird and surreal, every election night in the future has been ruined by this prank: Steve Kornacki exits MSNBC for new deal with NBC News and NBC Sports ((Article Linked Below)).
NBC says he will still be covering elections but they have lied to us before. Thank God for vodka and opium.
Last and certainly least, we have Polythene Pam Bondi. She says she is going to try to murder Luigi Mangione: DOJ to seek death penalty against Luigi Mangione in CEO murder case, AG Bondi says, ((Article Linked Below)).
I hope she has as much luck with it as her boss had with Trump Steaks. The one bright side is that Trump lawyers have an incredibly high failure rate.
I'd feel a lot better about it if Alina Habba were in charge of this case but Polythene Pam is pretty stupid and talentless. Just not quite as stupid and talentless as Alina. You know, her middle name is Saad for a reason.

It was really depressing until the result from Wisconsin came in. Then, it was only 99.5% depressing.
