Great Progress Today

I got the cabinet into place and cleaned good. It has been in the spare room for a couple of years now. Then I started moving food into it from the kitchen shelves. I then cleaned those shelves good. I now have most of that finished. I will probably get that finished tomorrow after I do the grocery shopping.
I also now have posts drove into the ground around the chicken coop shed. It shouldn't go anywhere unless a tornado picks it up. Our area is listed as low risk for that.
I have been watching Eureka while working today. I found it was on the CW channel and downloaded that to my fire stick. It is playing good even on the lower speed internet. So I am happy. It looks like they have a lot of things we can watch.
All that's left is to write out my grocery list. I will do that next.

I just finished washing dishes and laid out some hamburger and sausage to thaw. I may make some spaghetti and meat late tonight 
I have to be up and ready for the chiropractor appointment at 8 am in the morning. My appointment is at 9 am.

@wolfgirl569 The chiropractor worked my hips and legs and then massaged my back and hips for a while. Now, my hips and back are swelling up and hurting more. Hopefully, the swelling will ease up and go away. He wants me back in next week for a checkup and see how my hip and leg are then.

The CW has some good shows on it. I found one a few months back but it didn't last long. I hate that.

Tomorrow is grocery day? Where do the weeks go. I’m waiting for the severe weather to arrive. The weather radio just went off, so it’s in the area.
