The guy turned up a couple of days ago to draw blood for a D3 and Calcium check up
My friend mentioned to me that she is taking DRise a capsule that takes care of D3 deficiency and she takes it just once a month. D3 is the main cause of weakness in bones but one must first know to what extent the bones are affected.
I was attracted to that capsule because one needs to take it just once a month.

Good luck with your tests. I take a D3 capsule once a day since I was told to stay out of the sun after I had skin cancer.

Are you fully cured of it now ?
My issue is weak lower limbs.

@allknowing The skin cancer was all surgically removed several years ago.

Does the capsule upset your friend’s stomach? I have problems with calcium pills upsetting my stomach. It could be because some use oyster cell calcium, and I’m allergic to seafood.

I have to first see the level of deficiency and then talk about it with my doctor who will then tell me about dosage. Keeping my fingers crossed.
