Oh geez! I woke up early to start a delivery order with Walmart+ and it would not go through after trying it to place it three or four times! Because the payment was going through my insurance company I was told to call them. However there was something I needed ASAP with my insurance card I walked seven blocks to the CVS pharmacy to get it. Unlike the day before it was 47 degrees outside and very windy. I was very cold. Got to the store and made my purchase and had no problem using my insurance card there at all, which is sort of iffy at that particular location. So walking back I called my insurance company to ask them if there was something wrong with purchasing what I was trying to get because I had bought it before. After about a twenty minute conversation I was told no to try to place the order again with Walmart+. Which I did a few more times. I ended up getting a ride via the insurance company to the Walmart store where I still couldn't purchase the same items I had done before and couldn't earlier! When I got home I checked my emails for the letter promised to me by Walmart+ that still wasn't there! Therefore I called Walmart+ and they didn't know where the email was. I complained about the changes to what I could purchase. Then I was told something that I knew was not true that we cannot use the insurance cards in the store, which I had just done! So I called the insurance company to tell them and a person there charged me for something I didn't need at the moment and not told she was going to. So I had to call back and cancel the order she placed and get a refund. Bye this time it was 7:00 PM and I was exhausted. Then this morning because of other errors I had to spend most of the day calling my mom's doctors, insurance company and transportation. I also got people in my family mad at me and it wasn't even my error. And all these call were those long recording things before I could talk to someone. So now I have to call a doctor and transportation office for her as well tomorrow morning! Gosh I am tired!

I know exactly what you mean. Any day I have to make several calls, I am exhausted from trying to get through the automated phone system and being put on hold.

@dfollin Yes, it's really hard to get a real person sometimes.

I've never used CVS. Sounds like a lot of confusion. I'd be tired too.

Thanks! The next day wasn't as long but still had to go through all the crazy recordings, repeating myself and all that getting through a phone call for about 4 more unexpected calls that I had to make!

Making so many calls to get things sorted out... it's annoying and exhausting. I can understand that very well. No wonder you are tired and exhausted. Hope that it's better tomorrow morning.

With the many phone calls that I had to make it wouldn't of been so bad if I didn't have to go through all the recordings and repeating myself for almost each one before I finally got to talk to a person.
