I guess all in all I made the right decision

I was out and about this afternoon erranding, and decided to have lunch at Subway as I was out running around. Anyway, the one in this area always has a big lunch rush, because other than gas stations that sell chicken, pizza and sandwiches..it is the only fast foodie type place around this area of the county. I decided to do the mobile ordering on the Subway app. Well, I got there and they were slammed with people..all these guys who I guess were working on the data center, and the area across where they built the roundabout last year. I think a shopping center will go in there. Also, maybe some electrical workers were there. So, I was amazed my order wasn't ready since I ordered at home and it took me some time to get there. Just then the guy hands me a sandwich. I go over to get a drink, and they were out of tea and also the Pepsi was out, and I didn't see any napkins..Yipe,s then I open my sandwich no cheese and no garlic aoli, I saw the cheese problem but didn't see the no garlic until later. Anyway, I got some cheese and found the Pepsi zero sugar was working..no toasting or anything for the sandwich of course. So bottom line I got my sandwich fast, but it wasn't made right. However, probably better than standing in line for 15 minutes. Next time though..I will pick a time before or after lunch. They need to hire more people too.

I can relate to your problem ordering food at a restaurant during a rush period and not having enough employees to properly to have orders ready on time.

I have no clue why they only had 2-3 people working the line. They knew it was going to be busy.

I hate queues and having to wait but I need to get more used to it. Everything here is getting busier and busier.
