When food takes care of our health

A lot is being said about foods that heal. However, one needs to consume that kind of food on a daily basis that guarantees perfect health The question is whether it is possible at all
All foods that heal may not be available on a daily basis and at the same time one may not like to consume the same food every day One can easily get fed up
However there are a few foods that heal could be had every day, available every day and tasty too.
I can think of a few - eggs, honey, curds, fruits, milk, water, peanut butter, nuts...........
Can you think of any?

I read some where that sprouts have maximum life elements ( prana) in them according to Ayurveda. I have them in my meals regularly in some way or the other.

Sprouts no doubt have more nutrients those that are not sprouted but just sprouts may not take care of the nutrients we need to keep fit.

@allknowing No, it's not a complete food. You need to have a balanced diet to take care of your nutrients. No food alone is a complete food. Milk was supposed to be, but then milk in today's world don't come from an organic source and can actually do more harm than benefits.

@arunima25 May be one could go for foods that do not bore one if eaten every day and also foods that are available throughout the year and balance them with supplements.

Nice to hear that Those do provide a lot of nutrients though not all that we need to keep fit.
