usually, i dream of visiting other country to see beautiful places. but yesterday, i checked the newly built bridge in the city. besides it, connected to it some food stalls where you can eat while overlooking the river. it took a lot of work from the government cleaning the river of trash polluting it. now the river is clean and doesn't have offensive smell anymore. although the river does still look dark though. maybe they can make the water clear in few years. the government took inspiration from other countries where the river is clean and usually tourist visit. though it's not as nice compared to what other countries have. but still it is great sight to see now and enjoy. in a country, where polluted river is what we get used to, this is a very great thing to see some good change. I'm planning to check other tourist place in the city that i had been before. there are not too many tourity spot to see in the city though. very limited actually. but still worth visiting it every now and then.

I'm glad the government is cleaning up pollution around your country. Tourist attractions are good ways to make money for a country and the people who live there. Some rivers never run clear because their source is in a muddy area. Lots of rivers like that here. I've always thought I'd love to see other countries and then I think about it and realize there are LOTS of places in my own country I've never visited and realized I don't need to leave my country to see beautiful sights and meet new and interesting people. I usually won't even need to learn a new language to interact with people in the new-to-me places. (I just have to figure out the new-to-me accents in those places. )

indeed you have a very lovely country. here the government have made few improvements but it needs to do more to make the tourist area here cleaner and safer for tourists and locals alike. the amount of garbage and traffic tourist have to see makes for an unpleasant experience

@hotsummer Traffic isn't something you can do much about... People have to be able to get to work and home again, to the grocery stores and home again, etc.

@DaddyEvil yeah traffic is very common everywher.. but cleanliness, that should always be one of the priority. i wish it is. and of course, making streets safe from hoodlums and other bad elements

yes, is good to see that my country isn't that bad at all as I thought I can still enjoy going around and enjoy what I see here in my city. but the problem here is, for people to see the beauty in my city isn't that easy. it takes some hard work to discover them. and because some bad people walking around trying to prey on tourist foreigners mostly they victimized. If the government can do something about that it'll be great for the safety of people

@hotsummer i see. yes, always a minority or majority of people and trying to make other people's lives harder. also, it's not safe for tourists in that way, i fear. i hope something will change on better side.
