But cooler out. I don't have very much planned to do today. Maybe wash the few dishes I have. It's too wet to do anything outside.
I might do some more cleaning in that spare room. When I get it done I can forget it for another year

We have had an icy cold rain most of the day and it’s pouring down still. No sun visited us here today. We have standing water and a few roads under water as well.

I washed the dishes earlier this morning and cleaned the kitchen counters. I still need to clean the stove. Pretty cooked something last night that was greasy as all get out and left a thick layer of grease in one pan. I had to scrape that into the trash this morning and then literally pour dish soap over the pan to get all the grease out of it.
With all the lightning here, I'm not willing to step outside. Not to mention it's pouring rain.

@wolfgirl569 I washed the few dishes I'd dirtied today when the rain stopped for a little while. I don't want ants to come in the house.
The forecast shows we'll still be getting rain Saturday and rain mixed with snow Sunday.

Overnight rain and it's clearing up a bit now so I'm hoping the sun comes out at some point. It's probably going to be a lazy day for me.
