As we age, time doesn’t stop for anyone, and we absolutely need to cherish those quality sleep hours to counter the hair-raising effects of getting older. If you find yourself endlessly drifting off in front of your screens at night—scrolling mindlessly through social media, binge-watching yet another series, or trying to conquer that never-ending to-do list—well, we need to chat. These late-night activities might leave you wide awake when your body is begging for rest. To make your evenings more soothing, consider wrapping up your daily tasks by 9:00 PM. It might feel like such a challenge at first, but with time, you’ll see how easy it can become. I stay up every night until 1AM or 2AM. I have never had a problem staying awake late.

I tend to sleep during the daytime so I'm always ready to read or mindlessly scroll through things online at night.
