Senior moment number six million and counting

So, as I mentioned earlier I had some pancakes for breakfast. I was looking for the syrup in the pantry High and low no syrup, at least not the one I wanted to use .I found some raspberry syrup. Anyway, the syrup I had wanted to use, I had already gotten out and put on the counter. It was too late though . Do you ever do things like this?

Yes, not with syrup but with other things. I set them out to use them and then don't see them when I'm ready for them. Pretty tells me I'm just old when I do that.

I'm not a senior, but I did have that moment. Today I put out my celery to eat, but I thought I didn't get out of the fridge. Looked everywhere, and it was sitting on the counter where I left it. lol
