Google Meet vs Zoom / myLot

They only thing that I miss using when I am on Google Meet is the ability to draw and type on the share screen. Is there a way to do this? Or do you have to pay to get the premium version. I have been using Zoom for a very long time, but now they have raised their prices and added a lot of functions that I don't use. So I thought that I would test out Google Meet. What other programs do you use for online teaching?

If you're tech savey enough and own apple products, you can use facetime. Your recipients don't need iphones, just a phone number and or e-mail address. You can do split screen for teaching, or cut out all but a little of your face, or use desk view to see something from a desk.

I don't own any apple products. I don't like their business model that if you have one you have to buy them all. In order to print, you had to have an apple printer/scanner. It was not compatible with any other computer. This was from the 1990's, I don't buy apple products on priniciple.

@lifecoachjerusalem Apple has come a long way since, and a lot of th their products are cross-platform now. Windows even has an icloud app and used to have itunes. It was just a free option, given that I do have a mac and iphone.

@lifecoachjerusalem No. @njchica might be able to help, since she uses it for her schooling, but if you're not an Apple fan, you can look into teams from microsoft. It comes with windows and is window's replacment for Skype.
