Aura Awareness

One of those first whispers from your body usually sneaks in as a gentle scratchiness in your throat. Think of it as your body’s subtle way of saying, “Hey, we’ve got some uninvited guests here—viruses and bacteria!” Recognizing this little warning sign? It requires some serious self-awareness and a dash of intuition. It’s all about getting in tune with your bodily aura, those signals that let you know something’s off. Developing this skill takes practice and a bit of patience, but it’s worth it. Those who master it can catch the initial signs of respiratory infections—like colds or the flu—before they ramp up, enabling them to take action before things spiral out of control.

I have this spot in my throat that starts to tickle when I'm getting sick. Then I always get laryngitis and a terrible cough.

That's the aura we need so we can preclude flu from coming and getting serious and compromise our daily tasks,

Yes they can. That is what I do at the first sign of anything like that, I take elderberry, ginger, garlic for instance and it seems to help.
