The Terminix guy didn't show up yesterday; so I have rescheduled for Friday.
Breakfast - None
Lunch - Meals on Wheels - Chicken stew, mixed veggies, applesauce, apple juice, roll
Dessert/Snack - Jelly beans
Dinner - Cobb salad
What did you eat yesterday?

Your meals sound good. What are the ingredients in the cobb salad?
Terminix sounds like some pest control service..I hope that my assumption is right. I got the pest control service done yesterday in my home. I have an annual subscription with them and they do their routine service three times in a year. It's effective.

My Cobb salad had lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, turkey, cheese and a hard boiled egg It was good. Yes Terminix is supposed to give me an estimate for blocking up the points where mice are getting in.

@Dreamerby Terminix and Orkin are both pest control companies in the US.

I had rolled oats with almond milk and a little sugar for breakfast, some leftover pizza for lunch and a sausage, egg and cheese croissant for supper.

Well, that's no good. One more day for the mice to flourish I guess. Doom is coming for them, though. I hope they are aware and make the most of what little time they have left. lol
For dinner I took an easy night and just made some pizza rolls with tater tots. Not healthy, but it filled the bill anyway.

@LindaOHio It will probably be expensive. I used to bid these jobs and it's not cheap when the pest guy bids it. But let us know, either way.

Yesterday was a low carb day for me. I had eggs, a hot dog, air fryer radishes and cottage cheese. Maybe the guy will show up next time.

@LindaOHio — brother got his hand caught on a gate post and ripped it open, took eight stitches. He gets his shoulder surgery done in three weeks. I’m doing the spring rounds of doctors appointments.

@FourWalls Yikes! I hope his surgery goes well and his hand heals up quickly. I heard shoulder surgery is hard to recover from. That's why I'm putting off going to the doctor for my shoulder problems. I'm doing spring doctor appointments too. I rescheduled everything that came up in the winter time!!!
