And windy. I will stay inside except when I have to go out. It's not going to warm up much today.
That means the house might get some attention again. Just depends on my mood. I will get the few dishes washed sometime.
The chickens seem happy to have those guineas gone. They were more relaxed this morning.

It was very cold here today too.
We woke up to the ground covered with snow, isn't that something for April?
I was so happy to be able to sit (barefoot) in my sweat pants and t-shirt at my desk in my home office and work away while the washing machine did its thing, and then I switched it over on my break. I actually got 2 loads of wash done plus vacuumed and mopped the floor today.
After work I had to go out and run some errands, that wasn't as pleasant because it is so bitterly cold out.

We got down to 23 degrees last night. It made it to 40 today. But I see some warmer days ahead soon.
So the chickens and the guineas didn't get along well? I haven't ever been around guineas very much so am not familiar with them like I am chickens.

Guineas can be bullies and especially when you have a few. A pair isn't too bad usually. Now I need to get 2 of the roosters butchered.

We just have a light breeze here today. I wore a jacket to my chiropractor appointment this morning but went out looking for my lost car keys after I got home and left the jacket inside. It was 50F by then and felt okay to me.
I took trash out and took a bag of crushed soda cans out to the garage and plugged in the battery for the lawn mower while I was in the garage.
I'm tied so am thinking about taking a nap for a while.

I'm not looking forward to starting on the outside jobs. Just the weeds are getting tall here so far.
