Back from the insurance company.

Today Camila came for breakfast (I had a wonderful breakfast for her) and took me to the insurance company so that they would accept that I just paid the copay in spite that their machine could not read my finger tips. My dermatologist wrote a certificate and I took it while Camila tried to park her car. I walked in and stood at the end of a long line until a young man took pity of me. He called me and as I was walking towards him a lady elbowed her way to him. But he said that it was for me and so I slowly walked up the line while thanking him. Sometimes it is good to be old and weak. Later on, another young man did most of the paper work while I was sitting. Camila could not stay for lunch and neither her nor I were hungry. I asked her to let me pay for the gas as she is not what I´d call rich. I have enough money to pay for that which anyway is about the same as I would have to pay for an Uber. I´m home now. And tomorrow Dixie will take me to the oncologist. I hope all is well with me. See you, friends.

I think he knew you could not wait in that long line. I am glad that he picked you to work on your problem with the fingerprints. I know fingerprints can change. I have a finger with no lines in the middle. I cut it while opening a can of cat food many years ago. The sharp edge gouged my finger. Now, it does not show a print.

You're so lucky it was only one finger that lost the print... If you lost more than that, I'd wonder if I should be alerting banks that they might have a potential robber in that area.

@akalinus I see we have the same type of luck... That's the reason I always do my best to be honest. I'd get caught and they'd throw away the key.

@DaddyEvil If I even tried to rob anything, I would be caught immediately. That is how my luck goes. I would not be a good robber. I should have been a spy because I am invisible. No one ever sees that I am there. I knew everything about everybody in high school. I keep my eyes and ears open and my mouth closed.

I'm glad they moved you up in the line even if other people didn't like it. Age should get some benefits in this world... After all, 21 years old is a mile marker and you're doing well for that age. I hope all is well with you, too...

You know that I love you Thanks for the compliment. I do wish I was 60 years old. Back then I thought that 60 years was old.

@marguicha Yes, I know... And you know I love you, too. You're very welcome. I always thought 60 was really old, too, until I was 59 and realized I still didn't feel old yet.

I used to like it more. Now that I KNOW that I´m old and weak I just don´t like myself.

I´m very happy. I will have to have a skin biopsy and that is expensive if the insurance company does not pay.

I hope everything is fine tomorrow. Today while I was opening the door to Camila I had a horrible pain in the tummy. It went away but it was a lot while it lasted.

I hope tomorrow goes well and that the doctor can figure it all out. Tummy pain is never fun. I'm glad Dixie is coming to be with you.
