I made homemade pulled pork for dinner tonight. Of course what's a pulled pork sammich without maple bacon baked beans and cheddar broccoli rice? Nothing, of course! So those are the sides I made. It turned out pretty good. It was just us, she child and my mother in law. So there was no complaints. He child is a little pickier. I don't even know if he would of eaten the rice. He won't eat the beans. He won't eat beans of any kind unless they are in chilli or tacos. Anyhoo that's what was for dinner tonight. What did you have?

What is he child going to do when he moves out from under your roof? He best be ready to learn to cook or get used to that microwave. I had the homemade stuffed mushrooms.

What makes you think he's ever going to move out? Kidding, hopefully he finds a woman to cook for him. `

@thislittlepennyearns Well, it crossed my mind he might be there forever, but you know he’ll find a woman he wants to live with. And if she gives you any trouble he and his woman will have to find a new place to live because you’re not going to take her guff.

@AmbiePam He'll live with grandma as long as he can I'm sure. He wants to join the army. So maybe that will teach him stuff.

For dinner I made braised pork steaks with buttered beans and stuffing on the side. Good eats! Your pulled pork looks good. I will be making a batch of that on our next camping trip coming at the end of the month.

I will probably make it at least one more time before the end of the month.

I was reading Amber´s response and from my own experience children learn to eat other things when they are older. I knew a boy that only ate hotdogs although her mom was a wonderful cook. And then, all of a sudden, one day he grew tired of the hot dogs and started to eat other things with no one to make him do it. I myself hated all veggies when I was a child. I specially loather cauliflower. Now it is one of the prefered veggies. I ate a wonderful rice omelette with diced blue cheese and mushrooms cooked in butter.
