I am having ham for certain, probably asparagus with some kind of sauce, some variety of potato, I think I might try hasselback, rolls and glorified rice, . My grandmother used to make it, and I have been missing it lately. I will also have some chocolate available. Needless to say, the diet is dead that day. Hopefully friend won't have any issues digesting this, I might have to keep sauce off his aspargus.

I think that I´ll spend Easter alone at home. If I stil have stomach problems I don´t want to share them with other people.

That sounds tasty. Lamb is only readily available here usually for Easter and Christmas, but it is expensive. Well, lamb chops I guess you can probably get at the larger stores year round.

@snowy22315 Lamb is expensive, the best comes from New Zealand or Australia, I only buy for the Easter lunch.

I ordered our Easter dinner, Ham, Mac and cheese, asparagus, carrots, spring salad, Brussels sprouts, carrot cake and a dozen Georgetown cupcakes and cheddar rolls.
You can serve the sauce on the side.

@snowy22315 Well Kasey and I split it but the total with tax was $259 so not that bad considering we will feed 10. Oh yah the cupcakes are $60 for a dozen but they are so worth it.

I'm not sure yet. We are supposed to get together with some relatives. I think they will be having a buffet.

Whatever my brother chooses for the main dish. Probably mashed potatoes as one side. Lots of goodies. I have some recipes I want to make up. I may take Brussels sprouts as my sister-in-law really likes them.

Deviled eggs would be a nice appetizer. If I get a chance, I might make some.

@snowy22315 Deviled eggs and some tasty variety of cheese might be our main course for the meal.
