What's going on the dinner table tonight? Share with us! I keep saying that I'm going to make a vegetable galette from Valerie Bertinelli's newest cookbook "Indulge" but it hasn't happened yet. It will tonight. I've got to use up the veggies. I finished off my enchilada leftovers for lunch today so I have to cook. This will be a good way to finally get the veg used up and try the recipe.

I am not going to make anything on the side because it literally has vegetables in it. Look at me adulting and eating vegetables.

That's what is happening here. What are YOU having? I want to know!

Swiss burgers on toasted ciabatta buns with onions and tomato. Good eats. We also had peas on the side.

Simple, easy peasy supper tonight. Lentils with carrots, onion and potatoes. Seasoning and a little soy sauce. I do have ravioli still so maybe tonight I will toss some of those in for fun.
