Hot, cold, hot, cold

We are all gonna be sick!
One day it goes up to the low 80 degree mark. The next day it is in the high 30 to low 40 range.
My seasonal allergies are driving me crazy! Headache in the forehead area, ears itch a little, my nose itches and runs some. Also a itchy throat causing me to cough a little bit.
Do you get them? I live in northern Virginia.

Our days in Florida have settled as warm and sunny. It was at 78 during the day and will be 55 at night. They are predicting extremely humid summer.

We're in southern Missouri and were out working in the yard yesterday. Pretty and I have both been having trouble with stuffed up noses or runny noses since then.
The variable temps here don't usually bother me but the pollen sure does!

@dfollin I take two OTC allergy meds and one prescription one every day... When they don't work, I take Benadryl.

Living in southwest Louisiana can be stressful due to hot weather one day and then windy weather another day which causes me to have mild headaches during the day.
