Feeling Better After a 5 Hour Nap

United States
April 12, 2025 5:05pm CST
Can it really be called a "nap" if it was 5 hours long? In reality it was just 5 hours of daytime sleeping. But I must have still needed it because I slept solid and soundly. So far I feel better than I have all week since just waking up. But it's only been 8 minutes so maybe it's still sleep euphoria. Really though, hopefully I'll wake up fine in the morning. After all it's been six days sick and that's plenty enough.

Your body must have needed the long rest, it is good that you gave into it. I hope that now you start to feel better again.

I do not blame you for taking a daytime nap after six days of being sick.
