Sure I love brussel sprouts but I had forgotten about bean sprouts. They are so great on sandwiches instead of lettuce. So tasty and chuck full of nutrition. They are great sources of protein, fiber, and vitamins C and K. Also, minerals such as potassium, calcium, magnesium and iron. So they help our digestion, lower the risk of heart disease, and improve blood sugar levels.
I used to have a set of specialized jar lids to help in making the sprouts at home. I wonder if they still have them at the health food stores.
Just becareful of the ones you buy in the stores. Wash them good to avoid any possible food poisoning.

Yes, I think that is when I ate a lot of them. Had forgotten how good they are.
