Good morning, all. Hope this Monday finds you well. I was planning on going to work today even know it is my day off, but I woke up a little late, so I decided not to go. I could have used the little bit of extra money but won’t kill me not to have it. So, as you see I decided to make a little something for dinner last night. Believe me when I say it tasted better than the photo. I’m not the best photographer but I tried. A nice chicken parmesan for dinner and the chicken came out great, could have used a little more sauce on the noodles but that’s alright. Tomorrow I’m going to make some meatloaf. It’s been a while since I had it, so time to do it. I like meatloaf, it is a comfort food for sure. Of course, some mashed potatoes and gravy has to go with it. Now I’m getting hungry just thinking about it. Guess it’s time to make some breakfast.
