Dylan Moore who is an angler who was at the right place at the right time on Thursday evening when a truck entered a bay in San Diego.
Dylan jumped into the bay since he was fishing with some friends when he saw the accident happen nearby.
Dylan jumped into the bay despite it being dark and the water being cold as he managed to rescue a woman who came to the surface who was inside the truck involved in the accident as he took her to the shore.
The San Diego Fire and Rescue and the Harbor Police came quickly to rescue a man and a woman who were inside the truck.
Sad to say, the woman who was inside the truck passed away after they were taken by an ambulance to a local hospital.
The cause of the accident is being investigated by the authorities.

It appears that the roads were dark and the driver had a hard time looking where he or she was traveling.

Dylan's quick actions to rescue the woman was heroic. His being in the vicinity was a stroke of luck. Sometimes timing is everything!
