We made this yesterday for breakfast and will be having it today as wel.
It is a kheer made from green gram dal, sago, jaggery, cashewnuts, raisins, coconut milk and cardamom powder
From the ingredients listed you sure know how tasty and nutritious this kheer is
The green gram dhal and sago (which is soaked for a while) is first cooked. Jaggery is then added along with raisins and cashew nuts. Coconut juice is added later along with ghee and cardamom powder.

Green gram is loaded with potassium which is good for the heart.
