Almost Done

This is the wall that we worked on this time around. It should be finished up our next trip to West Virginia. We had problems at the beginning of this trip and didn’t have the whole time to work on it. I’ll tell you about the problems later. Let’s just say we had a very wet time in West Virginia. It’s a small room (13 ft by 11 ft) and hard to get a picture of it. Each window is at ground level, so you can see there is a slope outside when walking to the back of the home. The room in back of this one is completely underground on this side of the house. We will have a gas heater in the chute.

Nice to have the job nearly done. Looking good.
Being underground those rooms will be cooler in the summer months. My ex and I used to move to our basement during the heat of summer.
