When I make my ginger syrup I am left with shredded ginger that I drain out from the syrup. I will use it while making that flat bread that I make mixing multi flours. This will give it a spicy taste and also the giner flavour I tasted the shredded ginger and it found it to be sweet and spicy Decided not to throw it but make good use of it Hope the flat bread will taste better with it. .
