While routine cooking is boring trying out new dishes is fun I not only try out new dishes I create my own. This cabbage salad is my own creation. Just grate cabbage and marinate it in salt and keep it aside for half an hour. Squeeze out Add curds to which mustard paste and atouch of sugar is added Prepare onion rings, chopped green chilli and chopped coriander leaves . Mix them all together Cabbage salad is ready Enjoy
