We have visitors at home this Good Friday. They are my relatives. They only stayed whole morning There were 11 of them. They brought many fruits and 4 gallons ice cream. I'm very full up to now. I may not eat dinner. I also didn't fast after I got sick three years ago due to 3 days fasting. My head ached so much as if I was drowned. In this holy week I keep on eating but only little. How about you?

@grenery8, yes true fasting shouldn't be forced, We can eat less though. I'm always thrilled every. time my relatives visit home. They always bring something to eat .

I am glad you are not trying to completely fast this time. I’m a Christian, but not Catholic, so I don’t fast. I couldn’t anyway due to my medication having to be taken with food. I hope you have a blessed weekend.

I eat only once a day. No breakfast; no lunch. Only a simple dinner is sufficient for me.As such you can say I observe fast everyday.
