For a political party who likes to throw the word "Democracy" around their constituents are behaving in a very undemocratic way. It seems the liberal faction of the Democrat Party (think followers of AOC, Crockett, Pocahontas & Bernie) are not content with burning Elon Musk's Tesla's at dealerships, now they are infiltrating and disrupting Republican Town Hall meetings. Town Halls are designed for the constituents of the district to meet with their elected representatives to ask questions about policy positions, discuss issues, and find out what the leaders are doing in support of their interests. This is an important aspect of a democracy, to provide a platform for the participation of its citizens to have open communication with its leaders, "uninterrupted and in a civil manner." The recent Republican Town Halls have been anything but that, thanks to democratic organizations sending in groups of people to not ask questions about issues, but to disrupt and shout down those leaders who represent their localities. This is not how the Democratic process is supposed to work. Having an opposing viewpoint, bringing it to the attention of your representative, and getting an answer why, yes... using profanity laced language and intimidation, no! But this is what is taking place at Republican Town halls across the country. What is really troubling is that Democrats in the Senate and House have not condemned this behavior. They have been silent. I suspect rather than do what's right and denounce their leftists' constituent's actions, better to say nothing critical and receive their votes. The Democrat message seems to be for every policy of the Trump administration designed to make America safer, stronger, wealthier, and more prosperous is a policy that must be "resisted, sabotaged, and obstructed" by any means necessary. No policies of their own. For Democrats that's how they define "DEMOCRACY." Photo: VOA

They certainly are that. It's important to keep informed of who is the blame and why this is happening. Violence is rarely a useful tool to persuade people you are in the right.

It certainly is! Using violence to get your way is rarely a good approach to achieve your goals.
