Seven-year-old boy awarded by the police in Tennessee

Franklin Tennessee resident Jacob Peters who with his aunt inside of her home on Saturday April 5 when his aunt suffered a seizure when she fell to the ground inside of her home and hit her head on the hardwood floor, Jacob remained calm as he called 911 to ask for help. A dispatcher at the emergency center sent first responders to assist Jacob's aunt who did not know that she suffered a seizure. Franklin Police Chief Deb Faulkner presented Jacob with a Citizen Commendation Certificate on Wednesday Chief Faulkner praised Jacob for taking action to call for help. Jacob learned what to do in case of an emergency when firefighters taught Jacob in school what to do when an emergency happens. It paid off. Link is fox17.com/news/local/7-y...

i am in agreement with you that the firefighters in Franklin Tennessee taught Jacob the proper method to call for help when his aunt fell ill.

If the Aunt didn't have a background of having seizures, this might be an ongoing problem for her, unfortunately, but hopefully, she will be given medication to prevent a reoccurrence.
