Short story: A crooked mind leads us nowhere. A straight heart takes us to God.

The New Age guru, Sri Anton Gertzlov, was talking to a Priest about how life works.
He claimed that the Universe itself looks out for people, looking after them, and bringing them all that they need.
The Universe supports us in what we want to do, bringing to us whatever we might need to accomplish our goals, by our attracting these needs to us, through our establishing the right mind set in our connection to the Universe.
The Priest scratched his beard, and replied that thinking that the Universe has intelligence is a mistaken idea, as it has no intelligence of itself, and neither does any part of it, including humans too.
Intelligence comes into creation from the soul part of anything, and is a God given attribute, not a Universe derived, or a Universe created, one.
"You cannot see the wood for the trees,"
the Priest then said.
"The Universe is not a divine force of itself, as the energy in it, comes from physical processes, put into place by the Divine force, God."
"The Universe does not guide you of itself, anymore than the bunion on your big toe tells you it might rain soon."
"The Universe itself, is not guiding you, nor is it trying to get your attention. It is only just what it is, a connected pool of energy, arranged in certain ways, by the outside intelligence that is God."
"Garbage,"
the New Age guru interrupted.
"I get signs from the Universe telling me things all of the time."
"Every such sign is coming to you, not from the Universe, but through the Universe, as only God can guide one rightly, the rest is mere superstition, and misguided junketed thoughts, that you think from a self indulgent mind, not a God inspired heart,"
replied the Priest, who then walked off, not wanting to debate mind to mind with this guy anymore, when what this guru really needed was a change of heart, and to feel the truth coming to him from God, not from the hocus pocus, of a muddled, befuddled, mind alone.
We can become lost to our mind, when we stop following God with our heart. We are more than our just being our mind. We are souls of God.

That is interesting, but all I know at this point is trust nothing and trust in yourself or you will not make it in this world. Until the universe God tells me otherwise, that is all I have for now.

The Priests, and the Gurus, of this world think that they have answers, but the ordinary person, needs their own answers, not answers shoved into them by others.
If God wants to talk to us, he is always welcome to do so though, as I wouldn't cut off the possibility, through being an atheist instead.

@innertalks I can't argue with that, its dumb mans logic to cut off conversations unless their is a pattern. No one knows God but Trump for instance, people keep saying we need to have a dialogue but why since we know he is corrupt and fake. God or Gods or spiritual beings never played their cards yet. Why not keep that trust,?There is always trust until someone destroys it.

@crossbones27 Yes, someone who has had their trust destroyed lives a pretty sad life indeed, unless, the right person can help them to retrust life, and themselves, again.
These are the cases where God should play his hand, and help people who can no longer help themselves.

Yes, we all need to come to the understanding that we are more than just our body, and our mind.

The universe is alive with boundless energy.
However, we should not forget the charioteer behind the chariot.
We need positive attitude to plug into the love that drives all.
Otherwise, we will be missing the primordial link that links us to our creator.

All intelligence in the Universe has originated out of it from God, and so come into it at his behest.
The charioteer pulls the real strings, and all of us only think that we do.
Without staying linked to our creator, we think only muddied thoughts, never pure thoughts, that are only pure because they have been washed clean through a heart of love first.
Our minds muddy thoughts, thoughts that float around, and are picked up by our brain, but are not connected to the creator, and so are never creative, but more only destructive in their makeup.

@innertalks Sadly. we get carried away by what we see and hear from the physical world which has a stranglehold on our thoughts and actions.
We want to garner what we need and more with relentless “mine and yours” barrier.

@Shiva49 The physical world does all it can to attract minds to it, with its froth and bubble, when anything real must come from a deeper place than just the froth and bubble on the top of the ocean.
