Behave yourselves while I'm away

There was a notice on the local Facebook group that two young lads were offering a service cleaning wheelie bins. They use a pressure hose so tap into the householder’s power and water.
Then today, I read in a news feed that a young lad in our north is doing the same thing. He has set some goals and targets for each quarter. If he meets his target, he gives back to the community.
This is a great service for those who can’t/won’t be bothered cleaning their own bins.
The photo shows how we used to take two bins down to our gate. Most of you would have seen it before. We’re off shortly and will be away three nights. I’m not taking my computer so be good, take care and don’t do anything I wouldn’t do.

People are getting inventive about finding ways to make money. A friend's daughter has a full time job, but she is trying to save up to get a different car, as hers is showing it's age. She started a (this is weird) business that she picks up dog poop out of people's yards and disposes of it, so that they don't have to do that. And weirdly, people gladly pay her to do this for them. She was surprised, she has all the clients she can handle and had to enlist a friend to help her.
Be good but have some FUN!

One of our MIA members (Ricki Dillane) used to offer that service.

I've owned and cared for many rescue dogs, but never even thought of hiring a poop removal person. It's just something I did automatically...but I can see why a person would love to have it done for them.

As they said in the Navy, “Be good. If you can’t be good, be careful. If you can’t be careful, name it after me.”

I’m off in the morning, too, so obviously I’m doing what you would.
Love that ingenuity in the photo. My trek to the curb is very short, so I can’t justify doing that.

@JudyEv — on my way. My aunt passed away yesterday, so I’m cutting the quickie trip even shorter to get home.

Well, we also had some travel of late!
Perhaps you should have appointed a Warden or a Sergeant behind you to take care of errant folks on Mylot!
If you had to take garbage bins to the gate in this way, then it is very tedious.
Believe me, if such a thing comes up in India, we would see even bigger cleanliness issues as people would simply refuse to do so.
Have a nice journey ahead !

@JudyEv I can't agree with you more
I have had my days of trouble when I
was younger, & now I'm staying busy
doing my gardens & staying away from
people that indulge in drama.

That's a good way to take them.
I love that the one is giving back.
And I can have lots of fun with your permission
