Have you ever tried barefoot shoes?

I think I am going to have to order a pair of these. Apparently, they can even promote weight loss, and are good for your muscles. Of course, I assume it was an ad, but a woman who was a devotee claimed she lost 14 pounds. Apparently, it strengthens your muscles so you can burn more fat. Losing 14 pounds by just wearing different shoes sounds good to me!

I’m not sure if barefoot shoes are what I have pictured in my head. I’ll go look.

They were not what I thought they were. They certainly look interesting.

Honestly speaking, losing weight just by wearing a certain combination of shoes sounds fantasy to me. Wearing any kind of items on our body and making them lose weight... Well, it's hard to believe. What if we don't follow any exercise routine, eat anything we want, will we still get the results as mentioned here? Just asking. I'm really curious to know how it works.

Supposedly they develop your leg muscles. More muscles equals more fat burning.

@snowy22315 Ohhhh, is that the logic? I mean I never knew that. But yes, I knew that more muscles translates to more of fat burning. But I didn't know that they help us develop muscles. That's new knowledge to me. And I'm happy for that. But what do you think, is weight loss really possible going this way? Or do they just "supposedly" develop muscles?

@wolfgirl569 It does in the north usually. This isn't the kind of place to go barefoot

I'm not sure I believe it but I'd try just about anything to lose a few pounds.

Yes, I will give a short review however, I might not know right away if they are making a difference. You have to adjust to them.
