Back Workout Program

This back workout routine is highly effective for beginners, and I’m excited to share it with you as part of my workout program. In this back workout program, I suggest eight distinct back exercises: wide-grip front lat pulldown, wide-grip rear lat pulldown, front lat machine pulldown, seated back row on a machine, seated cable row, bent-over row, back extension on a bench, and bodyweight exercises. Additionally, I include four biceps exercises: overhead biceps cable curl, biceps curl on a cable machine, double-arm biceps cable curl, and hammer curls with dumbbells. For an effective session, it's generally recommended to incorporate at least seven different exercise styles, aiming for 12 repetitions and completing three sets for each exercise.
